TIP Tuesday!

Featuring Balsam Fir
on Tuesday 4.15.14

Please send me YOUR tips for the oils I am sharing with you...we learn from each other!

TIP 1: When you are having troubles falling asleep at night, try diffusing some Balsam Fir in your bedroom to help you get a good night's rest.

TIP 2: The hip pain's connected to the leg pain, the leg pain's connected to the back pain...ok...maybe not exactly, but if you are aching in the joints or your back is aching, try applying some Balsam Fir to these areas, many others have experienced relief with the use of this oil.

TIP 3: Try easing sun burn with this oil, just apply to the burn (maybe start with a small spot first), and the sting and heat of the burn will likely be eased!

TIP 4: Try applying this oil to bone spurs and bursitis pain!

TIP 5: If facing surgery, make sure to take plenty of thieves prior to going into the hosptial to help your body protect its self from the bacteria and viruses that love to live there! Then, after the surgery, apply Balsam Fir to area where the surgery occured to help aid in healing.

BONUS TIP: If you experieince bruising, apply some balsam fir to the bruise and watch it disappear!

* Not all oils or oil companies are the same! Young Living oils are THE ONLY oils I would trust with internal use! Occasionally an oil will feel "hot", if this happens, or you get an oil in your eye, add a carrier oil to dilute it, NEVER water, remember oil and water don't mix! A good carrier oil could be Young Living's V6 oil or something you cook with like olive or coconut oil.

PROPERTIES of Balsam Fir include: Anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, astringent, expectorant, sedative, tonic and anticoagulant.
