TIP
Tuesday!
Featuring Slique
on Tuesday 7.29.14
TIP 1: This oil blend was designed to help with weight management.
TIP 2: The ocotea essential oil in Slique is believed to help curb your appetite.
TIP 3: In this blend is stevia, a plant based sweetener that does not have the undesired affect of spiking your insulin, but provides a sweet flavor.
TIP 4: I'm not a gum chewer anymore, but sometimes need something to freshen my breath. I can put a drop of Slique on my hand and lick it off to help make things smell and taste better!
TIP 5: If you have an upset stomach due to indigestion, try putting a drop Slique oil in a glass of water and drinking it. Slique has spearmint in it and the mint family has been used for years to help with digestive discomforts.
* Not all oils or oil companies are the same! Young Living oils are THE ONLY oils I would trust with internal use! Occasionally an oil will feel "hot", if this happens, or you get an oil in your eye, add a carrier oil to dilute it, NEVER water, remember oil and water don't mix! A good carrier oil could be Young Living's V6 oil or something you cook with like olive or coconut oil.
All information for education use only. I can not treat, diagnose or prescribe. All information is taken from the Essential Oil desk Reference.
